A/C is included in the price for the period 26th June to 28th August, at any other times A/C is optional at an additional cost of £25 per week.
Additional Information
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the booking stage.
All monies are to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday date.
Payments can be made by cheque or electronic transfer.
Changeover day can be any day subject to availability.
A refundable deposit of 150 Euros, in cash, is required on arrival and will be returned prior to your departure subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the apartment with the keys, and the keys collected at the end of your stay.
There is a compulsary cleaning charge of 60 Euros to cover the linen, towels and the general cleaning of the apartment.
We endeavour to keep the availability calander up to date, but would suggest that you contact us to check to see if your required dates are free.
